Are you passionate about volleyball and fostering well-rounded athletes? At Jammers, we believe in more than just winning. We are a family-oriented club dedicated to fundamental training and positive development for our players. 

We are actively seeking dedicated coaches to join our Jammers family for the upcoming club season (August 2024 - April 2025). If you are passionate about volleyball, committed to player development, and believe in building a positive team environment, we encourage you to apply! 

Our Philosophy: 

• Jammers VBC prioritizes the fundamental training of young volleyball players, ensuring a strong foundation for their athletic journey.
• We foster a safe and positive environment, where players develop a love for the game.
• We believe in promoting sportsmanship, leadership, and respect, both on and off the court.
• Our ultimate goal is for our players to become not only better athletes but also better individuals.

Become a Part-Time Coach (4-10 hrs/week) and:

• Make a difference in the lives of young athletes.
• Earn competitive pay based on experience.
• Travel to regional and/or semi-national tournaments (mileage reimbursed).
• Ensure proper care of team/club equipment. 
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of players during practices and competitions.
• Coach within a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Be part of a successful and respected volleyball club.
